All of the recipes I've found call for lots of seasoning, trying to impart some flavor I suppose? Most start out with onions, herbs, spices, soy sauce, worcheshire, etc. Others include pats of goat cheese within the patty. And almost all include a recipe for a zippy sauce with chipotle or red roasted peppers. Toppings include arugula, pickled ginger, and the like. And some recipes even include a beaten egg or two for moistness.
Are there any favorites out there? Or perhaps more importantly, is it worth all the effort? Maybe ground turkey was never meant for the grill...?
