I think not. I'll go first: Breads—I want to conquer them. I'm not talking muffin breads or quick breads, but proper sourdough boules, tender baguettes, and fluffy, buttery challah braids.
What resolutions are you making (and hopefully keeping) for 2016?
Also, second question: If, hypothetically, you could receive one delightful email a week from a chef to help keep you on track, would you sign up ? (Full disclosure: I'm an editor over at Panna Cooking and thinking about doing exactly this.)
