Takoyaki minus the Tako

I just purchased a takoyaki pan and I'd like to know if there are any other traditional (or just "popular in Japan") uses for it. I can think of dozens of fillings to keep the "octopus is icky" members of my family happy, but I just thought I'd ask if there are any standard ones.
