I bought a refrigerated, vacuum packed 16oz. package of these 80/20, 4oz patties at my local Shoprite supermarket in CT @$6.00#. They were fabulous! I didn't save the packaging and I realize they are not Kobe beef from Japan, probably says "Kobe Style" in small print. Does anyone know what they are? Are they Wagyu? Do you think they've been raised differently from conventional commodity beef?
I'm thinking of going back and filling the freezer.
