Taisho Sushi in Boynton Beach

I had lunch there and enjoyed it. They offer an "all you can eat" sushi selection, as well as cooked dishes and ala carte sushi.

The fish was fresh and tasty. No huge selection:
Tuna (maguro), eel, white tuna (fish of the day), wahoo (listed as "white fish" on the menu), shrimp, squid, octopus, egg, smelt roe, salmon roe, conch and a number of rolls.

Things were good. A peculiar thing was the use of the sweet sauce normally served with eel on the squid. I didn't care for it.

For those who like sushi it can be a good value. It is $13.99 at lunch, and includes miso soup and salad. I think that it's a dollor more at dinner, but it is the same selection. If you have any sort of appetite for sushi, you will find it a good value.

I would love having a place like this in New Jersey.
