Tahini Sauce Recipe [Split from Outer Boroughs board]

Tahini sauce is the simplest to make--get yourself some tahini paste the Joya brand in the can is kosher and taste better than many I've had in the glass jars. Just add chopped garlic, equal amounts of lemon and water to whatever amount of Tahini you're making (a couple tablespoons goes a long way), and then add chopped parsley, and put it into processer and chop and grind till it's smooth. That's it. It stays in the fridge for about a week like this, and then make a new batch. I use it all the time as topping for grilled veggies and to add into salad dressing---
