Finally went by with a friend from Mexico City to have a taste of their cochinita pibil torta and a cabeza taco. The torta was piled on with the pork, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, butter, etc... Toasty warm bread. It was absolutely delightful, especially the seasoned pork. You can tell it had been stewing at the right temperature for hours to give it that hearty, spicy taste. I also ordered a cabeza taco and although it was OK, not the best that I have had. TECC in Arlington wins out in that category. My friend from Mexico had the Milanesa Torta and he said that it reminded him of the tortas he ate in Mexico City. We both couldn't finish the medium size tortas - a great value at 7 bucks for dinner.
