Tacos or Flautas w/o frying?

I'm trying to cut down on the amount of fat in my homemade meals. Is there any way to "fry" a taco shell, taquito or flauta without actually submerging in oil?

I was thinking I could just dip in teh oil and tehn maybe fry on a pan, turning frequently . . . or maybe bake. Has anyone tried this? Or, are there other options?
