Kreuther has become a stalwart ambassador of classic French culinary tradition mixing in his Alsatian heritage and a touch of the modern. Chef Kreuther has impressed with creations both savory and sweet, however, and in 2016 opened the much-acclaimed Kreuther Handcrafted Chocolate directly beside his beloved Bryant Park restaurant. There are also rumors of a cookbook in the works although details remain scant.
