I have been "curing" my tabasco peppers in vinegar and some salt in the refrigerator for about 6 months. I usually let them "cure" for about a year before making the hot sauce. My question is, does this mixture need to be refrigerated or can I now remove from the refrigerator and place the jars in my pantry? Any hints or suggestions regarding this would be appreciated. Thanking you in advance.
