You have to understand real szechuan is...the food of the people not szechuna eggplant (which is really good BTW).....

First will be be 4 types of appetizers:
Fu Qui fein Pein....
Red Diced tripe sices
Smoked Chicken
Celery w/ginger sauce


1 - Crispy Rice 3 three flavors
2 - Chung King Style Fried Chicken
3 - Dry Cooked Eelw/ Vegetables
4 - Beef and Fish Boiled /Hot Sauce
5 - Pork Cooked w/Garlice Chive
6 - Fish Flavored Shrimp (see comments)
7 - Quick Fried Pig Kidney Slices
8 - Mushroom w/Heart of Vegetable (this is a direct translation)
9 - Pea Sprouts w/Garlic
10 - White Fruit & chicken soup
11 - Sliced Fish w/Jellied Bean Curd
12 - King Crab cook Chunk Kimg Style (this is for Jeff)...........

comes out to be about $15per person......not including beer etc....

THe corkage fee is
$10 per bottle but we'll get this down if you know.....\\So I'm guessing it's a szechuan tasting menu......we've got our own private banquet room for this........remember Ms Lee is the owner, but chef Liu is the chef..............

w/rice of course........
