My new favourite lunch place has delicious sweet potato fries. It seemed that they had a very thin coating on them, but nothing heavy. They are always really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This weekend, I tried to make them at home. I decided not to coat them with anything, and just fry them as per a recipe I found on Food Network Canada website. They were good, but definetly not crispy. They weren't flacid either...somewhere in between.
Can anyone help me make my sweet potato fries crispy? How about a light toss in flour?
