So i am plotting the food for our honeymoon. We will be in tokyo for 24 hours and we are looking to do dinner at a top sushi place.
Our hotel concierge mentioned that there are 2 counters at Sushi Saito, one for the master chef Mr. Saito and the other for his disciple. It sounds like according to the concierge its easier to book that 2nd counter.
Does anyone know whether it matters which counter we sit at? Or is being at Mr. Saito's counter part of the experience?
Also if anyone has any alternate recommendations we would definitely take them into consideration.
Thanks in advance!
