Hi! After calling all 19 of Tabelog's 2017 award winners (and having my dear Japanese friends call as well) in the sushi category I managed to secure only 2 reservations! https://s.tabelog.com/en/smartphone/a...
My question: Kiyota told me dinner would cost 50,000 jpy. At first I did my mental math wrong and thought "damn, what a deal!". Then later on the metro I realized how ridiculously expensive that is! Are they serious? Can I really expect to pay 50,000 jpy? Do you have a choice in how much you eat or is it omakase? Thanks!
Miyaba sounds cool. Really old school place, still displays all their fish in a counter in front of the customers.
Don't mean to contribute to the already crowded Tokyo sushi discussions, but I am REALLY curious. I am considering canceling Kiyota
