Made the mistake of trying Sushi D in little Italy with a friend last night. Japango was deemed too far a trek and this was a new place that my friend had been meaning to try. The choice of two all you can eat menus (Maki rolls only for $12.99, choice of everything on the menu for $18.99) should have been the give away. I could give more details about returned brown rice maki rolls (made with still warm rice) and uninspired sushi, but suffice to say, that you'd be better off with ready-made from your grocer. Just don't bother.
