While chatting with the guys at Heat yesterday, the subject of Chinese food came up. Both Kee and Hari of Heat are Chinese and they were both raving about Shui Wah. According to those guys, the restaurant is run by a different owner at night and the braised oxtails served in a clay (?) pot and the pigeon are really special. They also like Happy Chef. I happened to go to Happy Chef late one night a few weeks ago, and had extreme envy over a dish of blue crab in a spicy red sauce from their late night menu. Gotta try that next time.
