I'm going to be moving to the bay area from New York and I'm sad to leave my favorite sushi restaurant, Sushi of Gari. I know that San Francisco has tons of amazing sushi and I'm wondering if any of the restaurants serve the type of omakase that chef Gari prepares. He serves each piece with it's own sauce and for some reason I haven't found this style of sushi on the west coast. He calls it "Tokyo style." Does it exist?
