Superbowl weekend with friends...

Well I really enjoyed the postings of Longislandchef. Alot of great info there. I have a few other questions if possible. First alittle background. I'll be in vegas with 30 friends. Only saturday night(set up dinner at S&W steakhouse) and party suite(for game sunday) are set so far. Most of the time only 4-6 guys will go to high end spots. Last year we ate at Noodles(after drinking) it was fun and filling. We also ate M Minas(really enjoyed it). The highlight was eating at Guy Savoys. Only 2 of us but it was a special night. The truffle tasting menu with the wine matching was an A+. I was lucky to eat at L'Grill in Monaco not long after that and would say that each spot was the finest french food I have ever eaten. This year we are looking at new places. Here is where I need some help. My short list is as follows....My dad and I will take a ride to Red Rock Canyon friday am. On the way back what about Vintner Grill for lunch? Rosemarys or Vintners? Next question speaking about lunches. MonAmiGabi and Sensi for a couple other lunches? why or better yet why not. For a dinner I think we have to go to L'Atelier. Or should we be lowrent eating pigs and go to Bubble Bar to start and finish at Okada later in the evening? one last thing, in the morning when everyone is out of it would the Cracked Egg be a good breakfast spot? thanks in advance...
