Oustanding, split Miller's weenies (the butcher's in Stratford, CT and nowhere else), great rolls (French bakery, same town), inventive toppings ... yikes. Gary makes his own relishes (try the hot version on the Chicagoan dog, my favorite). Soups during the wintertime are kvell material.
But you must have the fries. "Watch us cut 'em," says Z-man--without a freezer in sight. Enjoy the website; it'll give you a glimpse of where this place is coming from, its bubble not quite between the hash marks.
