Sunday Brunch at Green Street Grill

Rich Younger | Dec 21, 2003 11:29 AM

This is my first time posting, but I've been lurking for a little while...

Has anyone else tried the Rhumba Sunday brunch at Green Street grill? I've gone a couple times and found it really good.

I've had the cubano sandwich and the Chorizo omelet, and both were quite good. I particularly liked the omelet red pepper sauce which gave a really nice edge and balance to the eggs and manchego cheese. The pancakes were also tasty, but good pancakes are easier to find.

There was a very talented pianist playing Cuban jazz that added to the ambiance, too.

It seems to be really affordable, in the $8-11 range, but both times it's been really sparse. I'm a little afraid that they'll discontinue it, hence the first post.
