I need to make lunch for 50 people this summer for a week. I need ideas that are simple and frugal yet tasty. It will be hot and humid, so meals appropriate for that type of weather will be good. I will have access to a regular sized kitchen (full-size oven, stovetop, etc.). I will also have access to a gas grill and plan to bring a few 6 qt crock pots as well. There will be men who prefer meat and potatoes as well as some dainty women who like their salads, plus everyone in between, so a good variety is important.
