Need suggestions for plated/seated dinner for 30

I've been asked to coordinate a dinner for about 30 in honor of some corporate sponsors and am looking for suggestions. This would be for early spring. The short list of requirements is:

Private room for 30
Seated - no buffet
Simple but good, nothing flashy, nothing over the top expensive
Meat & pots; good fish selection too
Good wine selection
Downtwon DC location - no Maryland or Virginia

Places where we've had this dinner before include:

Cafe Milano - nice experience I hear, but tight for the number of people.
Oceannaire - last year so we'd like not to repeat; very good experience however.

Suggestions for this year include:

Smith & Wollensky
Citronelle - I wondered about this relative to the "not too expensive" request; these are Execs footing the bill, so expensive is relative I suppose.

I also thought to check out the following:

Butterfield 9
David Gregory (sp?)

Thanks for any suggestions you can make.
