Hello everyone! I'm a college student and food lover from Utah and I would like your opinions. For my spanish class each semester we are supposed to do presentations on something to do with the spanish speaking world (last semester it was one of the mexican states) and I convinced my professor to let us do presentations on "food of the spanish speaking world". We can pick a dish, a style of cooking, a technique, it's pretty open-ended.
I would love your suggestions. Are there any techniques you find interesting? Dishes that would be interesting to study? Let me know!
