Suggestions for a group dinner?

Does anyone have suggestions for a good place for a group dinner that won't break the bank? I'm entertaining a group of 22 people - 2 vegetarians and 1 kosher eater amongst them. I was hoping to spend $30-40/person. I've taken this group out before - we went to the Peking Duck House in Chinatown. They allowed us to bring in a pre-ordered kosher meal from another restaurant for our one observent diner. And it was BYOB so that really saved some bucks.

This time, we're looking for a change of venue. Any suggestions for a suitable place? The restaurant would have to be able to provide kosher food or allow us to bring it. Anywhere in Manhattan (or subway accessible Queens would work), though midtown or upper east side is most convenient.

Thanks!
