Stupid question about eating "on the street"

Rachel_L | May 11, 2005 02:03 AM

I am very excited about visiting Toronto (only 6 more days!!) and eating my way through Kensington Market ... I have a few concerns though. What is the socially acceptable way to eat street food (like the EMPORIO LATINO that is reviewed in this week's NOW)? I mean, there are no tables, what do I do? Do I just find a deserted corner somewhere? Do I sit on the sidewalk? ... I know this may seem like a silly question, but it really isn't for me. I am kind of shy and I don't get embarrassed easy, but I get a little uncomfortable (Do you know what I mean?)

Any advice is highly appreciated.
