I haven't done stuffed heart in a long time. Found only one recipe on the net and it is for beef heart. I like the recipe except it calls for roasting for 8 hours at 250F. That seems too cool and too long to me, especially since I have veal and not beef. The stuffing is basically already cooked. I'm thinking 300F/325F for about 3 or 4 hours. Opinions? Thanks.
