I'm a sous chef at a pretty good restaurant in NY and we are closed for a week, so I'm trying to get out of the city for some good eats. What is the story with Studiokitchen? Has he opened yet? How does one make a reservation at the studio? It takes a lot of time to scroll through all the posts, so if someone wouldn't mind giving me a little summary. (I don't get vacation time all that often!)
