I spent some years working in York, PA and found that I really loved stromboli and panzerotti yet it seems very few places make it "correctly". The stromboli I had was a 16" pizza dough stuffed with American cheese, shredded mozzarella, ham and salami (and maybe sausage) with marinara on the side, and that was it. I dont think you could even add/remove ingredients. Does anyone know anywhere in or around Baltimore to get a decent stromboli? Many of the places I've found are trying to pass off calzones as stromboli or they're making silly boli's with ingredients like green peppers and onions or buffalo chicken?!?! Thanks for any assistance.
