Using strattu in recipes that call for tomato paste?

I recently got a jar of Pianogrillo Strattu and want to try using it in a braised short ribs recipe that needs 3 tablespoons of regular tomato paste. I've never used tomato paste in cooking, so I don't know how strattu compares, but I was told that the Sicilian version is very concentrated. Any suggestions on how much strattu to use in place of ordinary tomato paste would be highly appreciated, thank you in advance!
