Had my second visit here last night. For those of you who live in the Riverdale/Leslieville/Beach area who are looking for decent food, cheap beer and a great patio, this is it.

Their menu varies from Tex-Mex to pizza, Indian to burgers and nachos, something to please everyone. The Indian is decent, they have an Indian cook, Tex-Mex is tasty, not authentic but not an abomination (they don't serve guacamole :( ), and I hear their pizzas are quite good - they have a list of decent toppings anyway.

A 22 oz beer or glass of wine is less than $5, and the selection (of beer, anyway) is quite good. You can get bottled beer as well.

One thing that kept me away from here was that the main room was a smoking room - not anymore, thanks to the new provincial by-law!

They also have a large, west facing patio.

It's at Queen East at Bertmount, 2 blocks east of Pape.
