So, I had some leftover corned beef hash and potatoes and decided to make a smallish strata. I layered the hash and potatoes, ripped up a few leftover crescent rolls, and added a layer of cheese, and then added my beaten egg mixture. I covered and refrigerated last night. Then, around two am I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep, and while I was tossing and turning I realized I forgot to add milk to the egg mixture! So I went back to the kitchen, and beat one egg with a cup of milk, then poured it on top. I checked it this morning, and it looks like the milk mixture was half absorbed. It's a bit runny on top. Did I totally eff up my strata ??
