In the late 1990's, Stop and Shop would sometimes sell 3 lobster rolls for $11 with a regular price of $5. The lobster rolls were made to order with lobster salad at the fish counter and were a bargain.

Now the lobster rolls are not made to order. Underneath a clear plastic cover on a plastic tray, a covered cup contains 3 ounces of lobster with a little mayo with a hot dog roll on the side. A plastic spoon is provided for you to move the lobster to the roll. It costs $7.29, $9.03 with sales tax.

It's definitely worth $9.03. It's better than most lobster salad rolls at most restaurants.
