Stone Ground Whole Wheat vs. Whole Wheat Flour...?

I would like to know if I use 1 cup stone ground whole wheat flour, how much regular (non stone ground) whole wheat flour would be the equivalent in a recipe. I suspect that you need a few more tbsp but am not sure.
