So excited to get this in the mail today! I've been watching these classes from Craftsy -
and purchased the 14 inch carbon steel wok from here
It arrives today. I amazingly found the chinese scallions she says give a unique character to the seasoning process (the "opening" of the new wok). Can't wait to get my wok "hay" on.
