Sticky Fingers-style wings in DFW?

We just returned from a trip to South Carolina and had some good wings at Sticky Fingers bbq restaurant.

Unlike typical wings that are deep-fried and coated in sauce, these are dry-rubbed, smoked and then flash-fried yielding a crispy skin. There's no sauce and they're not oily.

Anyone know of wings with a similar preparation in the area?
