Tried the ribs at Sticky Fingers in Charleston over the weekend. They are heavily advertised by this local/regional chain and I had never had them; I got the Memphis style, wet.
I was not impressed. They were fair at best, pretty meaty, but no smokey flavor. The ribs at the tip of the rack were real hard and unedible.
Was it just a bad experience or has anyone else been less than impressed by the ribs at Sticky Fingers?
