Who here has a full size steam oven and are familiar with it's nuances.

Presuming there will be condensate left over that must be wiped/mopped out on the oven interior - that's a by product of the process I suppose.
The only other 2 maint. items on my radar is descaling (which is part of due course of using any water fed appartus).
Do you guys actually also just keep the door ajar and let it dry.
Or turn on the oven post usage, to ~dry it out~.
I think this is one of those things where if you forget one time, leave the door closed, warm moist enviroment, etc, etc stuff grows....
