A buddy and I are doing a golf trip in Mid April. Staying at the Encore and have booked dinner reservations at Mon Ami Gabi, Mastros and Ferraros. The last night we will probably do Taste of Wynn at Boulud. I am struggling with the steak choice. Unlike myself, my friend is not a big meat eater so I figured Mastros would fit the bill. However I read the Mastros steaks are wet aged which I am not a big fan of. Does anyone know of a Peter Luger type steakhouse that has good seafood? Would like to keep the tab for two without wine around $ 200.00 and are not looking for the exotic Wagyu/Kobe steak. Thanks in advance.
