This may be a little off-topic here. If it is, I apologize. What I am tryign to find out is if anyoen knows what the powder recipe is, or where I can buy some, tht many places are using now on their steak tips. It's a red powder that mixes with the steaks juices. The flavor is very much like that of a spare rib sauce in a chinese food restaurant. If anyone has ever eaten the steak tips at LaCassias in Medford/Everett they know what I am talking about. DePasquales in Newton also uses this on their Chinese Tips.
