I recently bought waaaay too many beautiful USDA prime boneless ribeyes, and froze em. Any interesting, relatively low carb ways to cook them? Currently, I season with a mrs dash type steak seasoning, spray with olive oil, then sear each side for 2 min or so in a hot cast iron pan, then put the pan in a 450 degree oven for 7 minutes or so. (Last time I made this I sauteed some onions in the oil/fat left over after cooking the steaks and man oh man were the onions good. I just ate them right out of the pan. Very embarassing.) No outside BBQ or broiling possibilities, unfortunately.
Any other ideas about what to do with them?
