I have been asked to cook for a family, but from what I have researched there are some legal matters that have to be taken care of first like,insurance and licensing, before you can just cook for someone. I am currently in culinary school and being a Personal Chef is something that I would like to do. I just didn't plan on starting this soon. Even though I am still a student, I feel that I could prepare wonderful meals for this family with no problem. It's all the business stuff that I am a little overwhelmed by. Is there anyone who has started a Personal Chef business and would be willing to give me some tips and advice on how I should go about it?
