I had previously tried the flourless chocolate cake from Frangipane and it was fantastic.
I was having guests over and decided to try it again. Unfortunately this experience wasn't as postive, in fact it was awful, the cake must have been a few days old. When my guest cut into it, the cake crumbled and collapsed! We had left it out of the fridge for a little while to ensure that it had the solid yet creamy texture a flourless chocloate cake should have . It's truly unfortunate, expecially after spending $30 on a tiny cake !
