I'm looking for some 4-6 ounce ramekins for making individual egg dishes and crème brûlées that can handle the broiler.
I see a lot of nice ramekins which don't stack (even if they say they do, like from Emile Henry), and a lot of cheap stackable ramekins (like those from worldmarket) that are "ovenable" but aren't supposed to go under the broiler.
Any suggestions? I've got limited space, so I'd really prefer to be able to solidly stack 4 ramekins without issue. I hear that Pillivuyt and Apilco can go under the broiler but are they stackable?
