I've been getting tons of mixed summer squash from my weekly veggie box. I'm running out of ideas - I've sauteed with tomatoes in different combinations, made different types of curries. Does anyone have some real interesting preparations? I have the long yellow kind, the flat yeallow/green kind, and zucchini. I also have carrots, pototoes, every herb imaginable, tomatoes, chard, onions, etc.
