Savoy had a great shad menu that I enjoyed a few weeks ago and I have noticed that the Oyster Bar has shad but I am leery of trying anything there but oysters.
What I am really looking for is a menu with pan fried roe with bacon and a mess of morels and fiddleheads. Or peas, or both. Maybe corn pudding? And a great Bandol rose. Where can I find it?
