Not sure how to describe this but twice in Italy, I was given a spoon that is slanted/tapered in the mouthpiece such that it's ergonomic to the lips. I never used spoon like this before anywhere else in the world and the experience was life changing! Both times were in high end restaurants, Per Me Giulio Terrinoni in Rome for soup and Hosteria Giusti in Modena for gelato with balsamic vinegar.
Now trying to buy these special spoons online and not finding them. Anyone knows what I'm talking about and where to get them?
