I am bringing a spinach quiche to a party on Sun morning. I would like to make the quiche on Sat.
Should i cook it all the way on Sat, keep in refrigerator and warm up on Sun at the party? Or, should i cook it a little less than it needs to be cooked on Sat, keep in refrigerator, then finish and heat up on Sun at the party
Also, if you have any recipes for an unusual/excellent spinach quiche, feel free to pass it along too.
