Spicy and Tasty--help with ordering fish and other dishes

erica | Nov 23, 200810:46 AM     22

Planning to return here this week and would like some help with the fish ordering. We prefer to order whole fish.
In the past, have enjoyed the Tilapia Chengdu style. Is this the water-cooked fish that has been discussed here by BrianS and others?

Could I get some recommendations for a spicy Sichuan fish dish, preferably served whole?

Under Sichuan specialties on the paper menu, there are a few with "fresh hot pepper." What does this mean?

I have a list of dishes to order but could use some recent input..particularly on the spicy side of the menu..

Steamed pork with rice powder--what is this exactly?

What is chicken Bo-=Bo? (Appetizer)

Are there any recommended shellfish dishes??--(non-spicy is ok..)

We expect to be about 8 people for dinner, split between spice lovers and spice shunners...so any help in ordering would be most appreciated!

Many thanks!
