I am looking for the closest approximation to this dish which I recently had at Blue Water Grill in NY. The menu lists it as Ginger-Soy Lacquered Chilean Sea Bass, Chinese Broccoli,Sticky Rice, Wasabi Vinaigrette. Everything about this dish was fantastic. Does anyone have a recipe for a Ginger-soy glaze and a wasabi vinaigrette. I have googled and will try the recipes I found but would rather use a tried and true recipe.
