It's been done on this page before, but let me do it again. Let me sing the praises of this fantastic restaurant, featuring "the Open Air Market Cuisines of Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Burma" according to its menu.
I checked the place out, partly because of a couple of enthusiastic recommendations on this page, and it exceeded expectations. The food is wonderful, the spice does not overwhelm, instead it complements and enhances other flavours (which is the correct way to use spice, and trust me, I grew up in a VERY spicy part of India).
The wait staff is friendly, they speak fluent English, and importantly, they respect their customers and expect them to be able to appreciate the authentic version of their cuisine. FIVE STARS.
